Strange lineup. There's only a handful of people I'd want to see each day.

The great thing about Coachella is, it's more about the total experience than it is about a few individual artists. The only initial "must see" for me is McCartney. I'm pretty damn excited about Crystal Method, but I have a feeling they'll be on at the same time as McCartney, so I'm muting my expectations there.

My snap judgment? Beyond Friday, I'm personally underwhelmed. That said, Sunday will be HUGE for a lot of people, and it is a very solid lineup overall. Give me a month, and I'll likely be going crazy over someone I hadn't heard a lot of before today (as with Animal Collective, and a score of others, last year), so it's all pretty-much conjecture at this point.

It's Coachella - As long as you go in with the right mindset, it's going to be great.
